Morgan Jewelers Gift Card Giveaway on Mountain FM

1. Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years or older and be legal residents of the United States.  Employees of Morgan Jewelers and Mountain Broadcasting, and the immediate family members of all such employees, are not eligible.  Sweepstakes are subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.

2. Prizes: One Grand Prize per day – $50 gift certificate to Morgan Jewelers in the Southgate Mall .  Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and fees that may apply. 

3. Winners: All prizes will be awarded.  Winners will be selected when the announcer calls for listeners to call in to “Sing for their Bling” each day during the Mountain Morning Show.  The third caller, if they sing their favorite Christmas song, will be the daily winner.  The selection of the third caller will be at the discretion of the Mountain Morning Show only.  Only one person her household is eligible to win a prize.  Prizes are not transferable; no prize substitution or cash alternative allowed except by Morgan Jewelers who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in the event of unavailability.

4. Administration: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of the Sing for your Bling contest and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this contest, rule interpretation or award of prizes, shall be submitted to the Mountain Morning show whose decisions shall be final and binding.  By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Mountain Broadcasting, SC&F, Inc. and Morgan Jewelers for any injury, loss, or damage to persons including death,  or to property due in whole or in part, directly to the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize and/or participation in this contest.
